It's like Sim City come to life: you have 67 acres of run-down waterfront property, and millions -- possibly billions -- of dollars to spend on turning it into whatever you want. What will you build?

San Francisco's Pier 70 is perched on the cusp of an amazing makeover. After decades of neglect, the city is finally ready for developers to move in and turn the wasteland into a destination.

For now, there are plenty of options to suit every possible San Franciscan interest. Open space for parks, a marina, office space, restaurants, ship repair, a museum, artist space, and biotech facilities are all on the table.

So: what would you build?
