On October 3-5th, 2011, the stage will be set for the future of progressive politics through the 2012 election. Take Back the American Dream, organized by the Campaign for America's Future will take place and includ espeakers like Congresspeople Keith Ellison, Barney Frank. Van Jones, Robert Reich, as well as countless others still to be announced will be in attendance.

Last year's conference, called Our Future Now, saw countless hours of incisive discussion between host David Pakman and newsmakers, politicians, and other experts, including the popular interview with David Pakman and Cenk Uygur, foreshadowing the future of progressive media.

This year, funding is not available from conference organizers to bring progressive media outlets like the David Pakman Show to Washington DC for the conference, but we want to go and produce more and better content than ever.

The David Pakman Show team of 3 has been offered press credentials and complimentary admission to the conference, but we are asking for your help to fund travel and 3 days of hotel in DC (not cheap!). While there, and for weeks following, we'll deliver the same great content you've come to expect, including interviews and original reporting from the conference.
